Stryk Nine is an experimental metalcore band from Boston, MA. They have done many national cross country tours playing up and down the east coast and midwest of The USA. They have toured alongside up and coming signed acts like Diecast, Thy Will Be Done, Ekotren, Crossbreed, Joey Belladonna, Q, Dead by Wednesday, Rising Up Angry, and endless others.

Stryk Nine has been hard at work on a brand new cd almost 2 years in the making called "The Obstacle of Symmetry" due out 2009. This album is being Produced, Engineered and Mixed by Rob Gil who also worked on the following bands Albums: Throwdown, Hatebreed, Shadows Fall, Aerosmith, & more. Gil has challenged Stryk Nine to go places they never thought possible before and has revamped their whole sound making it the most powerful and intricate Stryk Nine has ever played, because of the way Gil has been challenging S9 they had decided to keep going in and out of the studio to write and re-write the songs for the upcoming epic. The project is mastered by Jay Frigolletto who has mastered acts like: Killswitch Engage, Alice in Chains, and many others.
