My name is Isabeau. I'm a singer/songwriter living in Nashville, TN. I grew up on Cape Cod, but always tell people Boston when they ask me- half because people never know where Cape Cod is and half because although I lived on Cape Cod till I was 18, I don't feel like I really "grew up" till I went to school and lived in Boston...But I take pride in my past and will always love my little Cape town :)

I love music. If I didn't love music I don't know if I could stand the ups and downs of this industries, but my unconditional, unending love for melody and especially lyrics keeps me coming back for more.

I was raised by my mother, Tedi, a talented singer/actress who inspires me on a daily basis with her tenacity, passion and work ethic, and my father, George, a genius doctor who has been my biggest fan and who has made me the person I am- staying true to his word that he refused to raise a "girly girl who didn't have any brains in her head or love in her heart". Without them, I'm not sure where I'd be. I have 3 brothers- Ish, Ben and Luke who I not only love, but admire- So smart, adventurous and interesting- they set the bar high.

I am more interested in people than money, I am more interested in giving than receiving, and I am more interested in living than whining.

I love hard, and love a lot- My top "loves" are easy to find on my profile. They all inspire me and make me smile.

A LOT is changing in my life, and I, a control freak, am just learning how to roll with it. I'm in and out of town (and internet access) lately, so please don't be offended if I don't answer promptly- I always will :)
