What do I send you?

The contents of the package you send us depends on how you want to sell your product.

  • Distribution-only Method (with or without downloads)
    1. Five (5) retail-ready copies of your product.
    2. Product Submittal Form, printed out from this site.
    3. W-9 Form (only with the first album you submit)

  • On-Demand Manufacturing and Distribution (with or without downloads)
    1. Two (2) masters of your product.
    2. A disc containing all artwork to be printed and included with your product (disc label, case insert, etc.)
    3. Product Submittal Form, printed out from this site.
    4. W-9 Form (only with the first album you submit)

  • Downloads only (audio only)
    1. Two (2) masters of your product.
    2. A disc containing all artwork to be included with your album download (optional)
    3. Product Submittal Form, printed out from this site.
    4. W-9 Form (only with the first album you submit)

What is the Submittal Form?

When you confirm your product listing, you will be required to print out and sign a Submittal Form to send in with your materials. Without this form, we cannot sell or advertise your product on this site.


What is a W-9?

For tax purposes, the law requires us to receive a form from you stating your taxable income status. This form is called a W-9. When you ship your first album to us, you must include a filled out W-9 form. We only use this information if you make over $600 of income through this site during a calendar year. This form can be viewed and printed out from the IRS site, through the links below. Files are in PDF format.
